Register for an In-Person Tour for the Elementary Program
We welcome each family individually in preparation for the upcoming academic year admission period. We are currently offering guided tours for our Elementary Program. Please try to bring your child with you, as well as their most recent report card, if possible.
To book a tour for our Elementary Program, please contact us at: info@bmsmontessori.ca
Please note that we are not currently offering tours for the Toddler or Casa programs, as spots are full. Please join the waitlist, and once a spot is secured, parents will be able to tour the school before finalising enrolment.
Programs
-

Toddler (18m to 3yo)
Our prepared environment and program for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years includes a structured 1.5 to 2-hour cycle of morning routines that promote independence, followed by outdoor play and afternoon activities. We emphasize fine and gross motor development, language skills, and self-expression through group circle activities.
-

Casa (3-6 yo)
In the Casa program, we foster independence and self-reliance in children: their goal is Help Me To Do It By Myself. While working at their own pace, children find purpose and joy with work in areas of Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math and Culture. In uninterrupted work cycles, the children are able to find periods of deep concentration and focus.
-

Elementary (6-12 yo)
In Elementary (Grades 1 to 6), the focus is on Help Me Think By Myself. The students are becoming increasingly more independent and responsible in their social and academic decisions. They are beginning to see themselves as a small part of a bigger world and this fosters the desire to help others in the global community.
